Terms of Use

Last updated: September 6, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and The Kidspired Creations LLC ("we", "us"), a Texas limited liability company, covering your use of the LitLog app and this website. By using them, you agree to these terms.

1. Who may use LitLog

You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of any child you add. You are responsible for the profiles you create and for supervising your children's use of the app.

2. Your account

Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to your account. You are responsible for activity that happens under it.

3. Acceptable use

4. Your content

Reading logs, notes, wishlists and anything else you or your child add remain yours. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, display and sync that content so the app can work for your family. We do not use it to train advertising models or sell it to anyone.

5. Purchases

Some features may be offered as a paid or promotional tier. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by those stores, and their refund policies apply. Promotional access ends when its stated window ends, after which the account returns to the free tier.

6. Book information from third parties

Titles, authors and cover images come from sources such as Google Books and Open Library. We do our best but cannot guarantee that every record is complete or accurate.

7. Availability and changes

We may add, change or discontinue features. We'll give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Kidspired Creations LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Ending the agreement

You may stop using LitLog and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and the courts of Tarrant County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
